• Payment is successfully completed (except COD)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

Jewellery items are delicate; therefore, returns/replacements are allowed only under specific conditions such as:

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

• Product damaged on arrival (with proof within 24 hours)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
