Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before purchasing.


1. No Return Policy

At Shyama Jewellery, all jewellery products sold are final.

We follow a strict NO RETURN policy.

Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Size, design, or weight mismatch after delivery

  • Personal preference issues

  • Gift orders that the receiver does not like

Jewellery is a high-value and delicate item; once delivered, it cannot be taken back.


2. Replacement Policy (Only in Exceptional Cases)

While we do not accept returns, we offer replacement ONLY under the following rare conditions:

We will replace a product ONLY if:

  • You received the wrong product (different model, design, or purity)

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

  • The product is damaged during delivery

Conditions for replacement:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must provide unboxing video, product photos, and order details

  • The product must be unused and in original packing

  • Verification will be done by our team before approval

If approved, a replacement product of the same value will be provided.


3. Items NOT Eligible for Replacement

No replacement will be provided for:

  • Damage caused after customer use

  • Size issues after wearing

  • Tarnish or colour change due to chemical exposure

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Items without unboxing video proof


4. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any orders.
Refunds are issued only if:

  • A product is unavailable after payment

  • Payment was deducted but order was not created

Such refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Unboxing video

  • Defect photos

  • Invoice copy

Our support team will review and confirm eligibility.


6. Policy for In-Store Purchases

For products purchased directly from our physical store at:

? Near Municipality Office, Raighar Road, Umerkote (764073)

No return and no refund policy applies strictly.
Exchanges or replacements are only allowed if approved by the store manager for genuine defects.


7. Policy Updates

Shyama Jewellery reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Changes will be posted with the updated "Last Updated" date.
